Hi there!

I'm Ada and I created the Happy Mindset app.

Is it ever hard for you to find time to exercise, eat well and show up for the people you love because your attention is on completing the next task on your ever-growing to-do list?

Well, I completely understand that!

That's why I created Happy Mindset.

When you use the Happy Mindset app you'll take a brief pause from focusing on task completion and shift your attention to your relationships and self-care.

Through the app's quick and effective practices, you can improve your mood, energy, health, and relationships, all while still having plenty of time to get things done.

I've put my whole self in developing the app, and creating it been a rewarding combination of my technical skills, education, interests and passions.
